This is the 2nd time I almost had an accident due to these workers. Looks like they are building a sidewalk or something. 1st time I encountered a close call was a couple of weeks ago. While traveling through ingram park area access rd they had a small machine digging out concrete. Today passing by again they had cones setup on the right lane. I almost hit those cones that could perhaps been a damage to my vehicle and my passengers. On both incidents there were no signs indicating construction ahead! This is unsafe and I'm sure a big liable lawsuit. I hope this reaches the appropriate people before it causes a deadly accident.

Delivered multiple truck loads of material. Kirby freeman Offloaded our trucks kept drivers copy of paperwork. Gave our drivers incorrect paperwork been trying to get a hold of him for the last 30 days. He promised to send via email, stops responding for 3 weeks. Then he answer today 12/1 saying he cant find paperwork. To take all legal actions necessary because he is not responsible to keep track of paperwork for my drivers. HE TOOK PAPERWORK ON HIS HAND TO SIGN AND RETURNED WRONG COPY TO DRIVER. I believe this was done intentionally to not pay for the freight since it happened on multiple truck loads not just one. The only way I know about this company is from all the dust and debris they leave on my vehicles and outside furniture , starting at 6 in the am and leaving late in the evening along with the loud noises has been an issue for all the live in the area. Even saw a worker relive his self in broad daylight in plane view instead of using the port a poty they have onsite. I've called a voiced my concerns with no call back upper management seems not to care one bit
