Ive been a previous customer before with freeway insurance in the past so thought I'd give them a call on the phone to get an insurance quote since the offices were closed at the time. Ms.Rita Sanchez assisted me with a very kind, helpful, informative and professional demeanor which granted my trust for accepting business with the company over the phone. She assured me I could get the same help over the phone instead of waiting to see someone in person. The process was quick and easy once she found an insurance rate that was suitable for me considering my age, vehicle type and budget. I am extremely satisfied with my monthly rate and the customer service experience was a 10 out of 10.
