We called Freedom Air Repair to help diagnose a split unit where the fan wasn't running at 7pm on a Saturday. They sent a tech out within an hour. Vanessa was smart, skilled, and got us back up and running quickly. Who knew that ants could cause so much trouble!?!?! We had such a positive experience that we dropped our other HVAC service provider and signed up for annual maintenance with Freedom on the spot.
