Purchased a Groupon for services. I found out, after I had arrived, that I was given the wrong appointment time. Set new appointment. Was told, after I had been there almost an hour, that I couldn’t be seen unless I had a negative Covid test-even thought it had been almost 8 weeks, I was cleared by my doctor, and was following all of their protocols. I had been in their office twice. Driven across town twice. To not be seen twice. They had nothing posted, and never told me anything about needing a negative Covid test to be seen. They did me the favor of contacting Groupon to get my money refunded.
