He is incredibly skilled, knowledgable, honest and hard working. He was always willing to work to modify and enhance the project with any details necessary create a truly magnificent result. We used Jeff to replaster our pool and to build a brand new set of wedding cake steps to enter/exit the pool (previously we just had a ladder). Jeff did the project on time and within budget.
