Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
We had an amazing experience working with this flooring and décor store, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. A huge shoutout to Brian, who was absolutely phenomenal. We came into the store twice before moving forward with our purchase, and both times Brian made the entire process feel seamless. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly impressive—once we explained what we were looking for, he quickly helped us navigate our options and zero in on the right flooring without spending hours feeling overwhelmed. Staff was helpful in directing me to the area with the tile of interest and the style consultant later confirmed my plan was attractive. Nice folks, helpful team members, and the store itself was well-organized and clean!

GG at Floor and Decor is THE BEST! She stopped what she was doing to help my mother and I with all of our flooring needs. We were doing repairs to the house of a recently deceased family member, which is not an easy thing to do. She was kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us find beautiful flooring and worked with the store's owner to give us an incredible deal. She even made sure the purchase was rung up properly and helped us out to our car. GG and the team at Floor and Decor helped us immensely during a difficult time and I cannot thank them enough.
