I would highly recommend Flo-Rite to everyone. They provide good old fashioned customer service by showing that they respect their customers and offer reasonable prices to boot !! From the time they entered our home to do the initial service call till the time the new system was in place and working they were very polite and informative. They took the time to explain why the previous system had broken down. They gave us the option to repair the old system or replace the system (and then they gave us 3 different systems to choose from) and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either doing the repair or replacing the system. They were very professional at no time did we feel they were trying influence our decision. We are impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail during the installation process. The first day the new system was running we went from burning up to freezing in the house. I am very impressed on how much colder my home is now compared to before. I also appreciate the fact that the owner of Flow-Rite is a veteran and treats his fellow veterans with the same respect.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews. But I an extremely pleased with the professional service and fair pricing that I received from Flo-Rite. As a property manager for multiple homes, I have dealt with many AC providers. My experience with this one was one of the best. I will def be using them for all of my AC needs.
