I Called today to inquire. I've never been to this place. My phone calls were answered promptly after going through the automated push button system. I had a lovely female answer the phone who answered all of my question, with full detailed answers. I needed to call back and again my phone call was answered immediately by the very same nice helpful, courteous, voice awesome person as a front line customer service type of representative for the office.
Reading the reviews below I would think most people have never had the deal with military or social health care. You are given a time You need to be on time and yes if you're not you will either be told to leave...read full review

They were supposed to call me after 2 weeks of the eye exam, it’s been more than a month and they didn’t call yet, when I tried to reach them, it just sends me to the voicemail. The doctors in the clinic were really good but I can not say the same from the administrative and the staff from the glass store.
