Horrible service. I purchased this as a birthday present for my sister IN FEBRUARY. It's August and she still has yet to be able to redeem it. She doesn't answer phone calls nor does she return them instead she prefers to "text" her clients. Really professional huh? She's cancelled twice and on the third her auto appointment setter never notified her of the appointment. Had I been given the option this place would have received ZERO stars.

Tried this place because of a Living Social deal that I got. I would not recommend it. I completely agree with the review from Shawn. I did not feel any different after the massage. The pressure was so light all throughout. About 3-5 mins into the massage (and this was at 10:00 AM), I asked if she can go deeper, and she said that's the deepest she can go! Seriously?! It was so light it's like she's just running her hands through my skin! I or any other non-professional person who had tried to massage my upper back or neck could go firmer than she did! Also, she was unwelcoming and not very friendly. No greetings. No reminders/recommendations after the massage.... read full review
