Rudy does the best therapeutic sports massage. Works out all the Pilates and yoga sore. Cool little modern studio. No whale songs playing while you are trying to relax. Only chill down beat tunes. Great ambient lighting. Very soothing private experience. ???

This place is so brilliant! My massage therapist, Shaunna, even more so. I have some rather serious and degenerative and/or debilitating ailments that have been plaguing me for quite some time. She listens to the details of said ailments and focuses on addressing them. I actively work with an orthopedic team and physical therapists for some time and they have great treatments, but this deep tissue therapy is quite obviously bridging the gap between those two worlds. I already have more mobility and less pain after only a few sessions.

The pain I had been experiencing in my back and neck disappeared completely after just one visit. I’ve tried many different massage therapists, physical therapists & chiropractors. I’ve never experienced such relief. Ask for Joe, you will not be disappointed.
