Customer service is not a department but how a client is treated by everyone they have contact with. Over the years we have had Etter provide excellent service at our home. Diagnosing tree issues, trimming trees, recommending the best trees for our location, and removing trees when necessary. Our contact with their office has been by phone or email. Each time has been professional and courteous. When on site, each person conducts themselves in a professional manner listening to our concerns and clearly understanding our requirements. Then completing the project on time at or under proposed cost. Keep doing what you are doing folks at Etter Tree Care! Its working!

Etter provided excellent service from start to finish. Michael, the arborist assigned to us, was prompt and spent a lot of time evaluating the many trees we had on the property and answering all of our questions. We went with their services to have an oak tree trimmed and the crew did an excellent job and ensured the area was completely cleaned up when done. To top it off, the final bill was less than what was quoted.Service: Tree trimming & pruning
