Etter Tree Care provides excellent service for tree removal, pruning, and fertilizing. They offer guidance on what trees will work in your area, how to plant them, and how to care for them, using knowledge from university and extensive real experience. Their customer service is professional and courteous, whether by phone, email, or on site. The arborists spend time evaluating trees, diagnosing issues, and listening to concerns. Crews conduct themselves in a professional manner, complete projects on time, and ensure the area is cleaned up. The final cost is often at or under the proposed quote. Their excellent service is highly recommended.
Customer service is not a department but how a client is treated by everyone they have contact with. Over the years we have had Etter provide excellent service at our home. Diagnosing tree issues, trimming trees, recommending the best trees for our location, and removing trees when necessary. Our contact with their office has been by phone or email. Each time has been professional and courteous. When on site, each person conducts themselves in a professional manner listening to our concerns and clearly understanding our requirements.
