Came in today holding a tile from a home I purchased just 2 days ago. I didn’t have the box and was clueless as to how I could identify the tile. They were able to look up home as it was built just 3 years ago, and found my exact order! Discontinued tile, but they were able to fill an order for me from another warehouse. Very professional. This place has a great selection of tile and the showroom is comfortable. There are too many reviews complaining that, "No one asked them if they needed help", and that's malarkey. It's rarely ever crowed and easy to ask one of the employees questions that you have. I'm an introvert and I LIKED being left alone while I contemplated design rather than get hounded. If I had questions, I simply asked and they answered. They did ask once if I needed anything, if you are wondering.The bad reviews almost seem fake. ?
