Hours are by appointment only, and customers must call prior to arriving as no walk-ins are accepted. No refunds are given, and customers provide their own hair. If there is an issue, it can be refixed after 2 days only 1 time. Emily is described as the best hair braider in San Antonio. Customers say her work is excellent, quick, and professional. She is kind, attentive, and listens to what is wanted. One customer noted she did knotless braids 100% exactly what was wanted. Another said single braids were done quickly and professionally. I had an amazing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Emily really knows her craft. My braids came out super neat, clean, and exactly how i wanted them. She took her time, listened to what i wanted, and made sure i was comfortable the whole time.
The quality of work is top-notch, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I have received so many compliments on my hair already. If you’re looking for professional african hair braiding with great customer service, i highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back.

Emily hands down is thee best hair braider in San Antonio. Not sorry. I’ve gone to a few locations in San Antonio. There are some good ones. However, thee best is Emily. From the quality. The value, neatness, I don’t feel like I wasted my money, or that she was annoyed with me, lol her listening to what you want. Top notch!!! I said full because I typically do and never get full. This time, I said, ok next time maybe not this full. Lol. I love my braids. Be prepared to be sick of me because you have a customer forever. On Booksy the location is an apartment.
