Poor customer service. Dr. Delay is great, perfect, pleasant and very knowledgable. However, his front office staff was very rude. One girl told me that I wasn't at McDonald's and there was no such thing as customer service. I tried to explain I never received a call or text to remind me of my upcoming appointment. They also had my email address wrong. I tried to update last time I was there but I guess that wasn't fixed either. Instead of saying ok, I'll only charge for your visit she demanded I pay a no show up fee and that I couldn't see the doctor. I asked if I can just see the doctor bc I can't see very well then I'll explain what happened to the Dr. Delay but she refused to let me go into my appointment. She also explained I haven't shown up before. Ok, maybe because I hardly ever get a reminder call or email or anything. When I cancel or reschedule, it's because I have a job that requires me to get up and go without hesitations. It's unfortunate the experience I had. Dr. Delay has been my doctor for 39 years. I would have shown up to my appointment if I knew exactly that it was scheduled in the system.

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly. I've been seeing Dr Delay for many years. He has always been very explanatory and very empathetic to any issues I had or any questions I may have he's a delight to see every time I visit, which is once a year. the office is very clean, and all procedures are explained, and results are given timely. I actually love going to this practice every time I have my annual review.
