I had two outlets under my soffit that were falling down. I called CRI and spoke with Kat who was very friendly and helpful. She explained the process fully and scheduled the appointment. The tech arrived on time, replaced the outlet box and secured it to my soffit. He explained that the other outlet just needed to be secured to the soffit, which he did for me at no additional charge!!
