I came to the Phil Hardberger park and I had to use the bathroom, I had to take a moment to write this review because the porta potty was extremely clean, no smells, extra toilet paper and in perfect location to use. I like to shout out companies who pride themselves in excellence and this is a company that deserves its flowers today. Great job and excellent customer service.

These guys are better than the rest for a simple reason. Although they follow their protocol, they are not fixated on rules and business driven. As horribly cheesy as it sounds, **they care about people**. They came out and pumped my septic tank even though they didn't usually do that. They inquired of the size of the tanks, and since they were very tiny, they accepted EVEN WHEN ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT. They come out at the drop of a hat, their scheduling team is friendly, and they GET IT DONE.
