I wish I didn't even have to give them one star. I ordered numerous patches for 2 jackets the first week of December and spent $400-500. I gave Competitive Edge the jackets to have them sewn on and was told the jackets would be ready just after Christmas. It's now a month later and we still haven't received the jackets. I've called 3 times to check on the status and on the first call 2 weeks ago I was told they would be ready in 2 days to ship out. Then after waiting another week, i was told it was going to be 2 more days. I had an awful experience with this "business". Since it is family owned they feel they can treat you however they want and get away with it since there is no one for them to report to other than themselves. The two ladies are VERY rude. The daughter is always extremely apologetic for their behavior and lack of customer service. They typically deal with kits in the schools and dont really have to deal with parents so they can be as unprofessional as they want. If you every have to deal with them because the school contacts them I suggest you be present when sizing takes place.
