Some of the staff in higher roles have great hearts and want so much more for their subordinates and individuals they care for the home. I’ve seen firsthand Valerie and Sam prioritize this company over their personal matters. The changes that need to be made need to come from corporate to make a difference.

Personally never worked for them but my partner does, Sam seems to not be running things very good, he can’t even tell you all his own staff members names. Witnessing the things this company has put my partner through I will NEVER recommend community options as a job nor put my loved ones in their homes. Leaving clients wet all day to staff deciding to do their own thing, calling my partner all hours of the night because Valerie is already checked out since her new boyfriend more important . I would never let a place like this care for my love ones let alone work here. They don’t care for the consumers all the houses look in smell horrible. Can’t believe this place is open. To Executive Director to the caseworker to the program managers to the front desk very very disrespectful rude unorganized and make false statements on folks. This company needs to close!!! If Tamika A, Kelli W and Samuel O are sill running this program your in trouble! Have a blessed day…?
