This company manages Boston Woods and I’ve lived here since July and the office people are rude and I’m trying to get help with my roach issue but nobody answers the phone and I’ve reported Boston woods to Balcones heights code enforcement officer and I still have a roach issue. The cracks and crevices need to be caulked and my back door sealed and now I have a leak under my kitchen sink and I can’t even cook with out roaches being in the walls or counters! It’s freaking disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a family to rent a unit this nasty.
