My CPA was Dean Hatch. He is terribly unpleasant, angry and unprofessional. I was charged $815.00 for a simple income tax return. Once I paid this outrageous fee, I asked Dean the reason for the charges. He suggested I complete the forms myself next year and also suggested I find another CPA. DO NOT USE this firm.While I appreciate your reply, I will take my business elsewhere as you some many times suggested. Your senior leadership offered apologies, but never changed the charges. NO, DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRM.
