The shelter takes in stray animals and ensures they receive necessary medical care before adoption. Adoption fees are affordable, and the shelter provides shots and exams for the animals. The facility has faced challenges with sad stories, but the staff remains dedicated to creating happy endings for the animals in their care. Overall, it is a great place to adopt a new pet.
Staff was amazing, we adopted this beautiful loving bundle of joy. Make sure to check out there promotion where if the spurs win a playoff game your adoption fee the next day is waved. The vet complimented also how amazing of a job they spayed my kitten. They have a very large selection of animals waiting to be your forever family member!!!
I visited this place not realizing they closed at 5 PM, as I thought they closed at 7 PM. By the time I arrived, I was already outside of business hours and even a police officer informed me that it was closed. However, a staff member named Ashley kindly took the time to help me even though she was no longer on the clock and was not obligated to do so.
I explained my situation about my lost cat, and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She provided me with a website and guidance on how to search for my pet. Her kindness really stood out, especially since she was already off duty and not being paid at that time.

I actively foster dogs here (All my foster dogs have gotten adopted :). They clean the dogs cages actively. All the employees are friendly! So many opportunities here for fostering, volunteer work and take a dog out for a day! I am giving this place 3 stars due to them not having the best communication (foster office and having to wait almost 40min on call if ur calling the office) All the dog trainers here are professional! I will say they do love every pet coming in, wish the community would help them out so maybe they dont have to be a kill shelter anymore. I got my baby here and he is the best dog ever!
