unfortunately i had to put a star it wouldn’t let me put no STARS!!!! Poor communication! i’ve been a patient of one of the doctors for years and they came to this new office. the new office told me communication would be better then the last office. so far they are WORSE then the last office. since last week i have called 3/4 times and still haven’t received a CALL BACK! SMH.

It was always neat, clean and kid friendly. We loved my daughters therapist, Brenda ( she deserves 5 stars!) She was always very nice and always willing to help in anyway she could.We stopped going because the female receptionist was rude, condescending, and argumentative. She left a toxic impression, and if toxic is your first encounter, the what is to be expected of everyone else in the office?

If I could give zero stars I would! My child needs to see a therapist. Our therapist was on a list I received from our EAP department. The therapist isn't the problem. It's the office she works out of! I have called now 6 times with zero callback for a follow up appointment. The only reason we didn't make an appointment when we left then1st session was because the receptionist was gone to lunch and there is no back up person in this office.

The zero professionalism this office has is intolerable. You either need more staff or someone who does a better job of returning phone calls!

We will now search for a new therapist that wants our business.
