Care now people are the best I have ever seen. I checked into university express med clinic before I came here, university DID NOT care and when I went to "lobby B" people were jammed in there until you couldnt sit down. I told my self, THATS A NO!.
CARE NOW CARES, they took my insurance and all I had to pay was a $10 copay! They set me up with a referral to a specialist, just to make sure everything was ok after the initial treatment.Two thumbs up 5 Jalapenos etc rating.
My experience was outstanding only took five minutes to get called into the back and from that point on the service was unbelievable waited one or two minutes at the most to see the attendant for blood pressure another two minutes to see the doctor. It was unbelievable. it was a great experience Polite everyone was polite and helpful.
I always have a great experience here for my urgent care needs.
Yesterday (11/20/2024 @ around 6:15pm) I went in for sinus and chest congestion.
The nurse and nurse practitioner had great bedside manner.
My concerns were not ignored and the providers acted accordingly and had real compassion for my concerns. Very happy with this place and my last few visits, I’ve taken my son here as well, and the providers are always great with caring for him when he’s sick. Thank you for providing excellent healthcare!
