“I’d give 4.9 stars if I could. Today is the first time we used this company. There’s only 1 tiny thing that bothered us. My husband booked a mobile detailing a day or two ago for an 8am appointment at our home this morning to detail my husbands work truck. Let me start by saying Kaden did an amazing job and did better/faster than our usual guy. We are beyond pleased with the service itself. However, we were a little irritated on principle alone that he got a text message at 10:49pm last night (a Thursday) to confirm the appointment and let us know that our address requires an additional $15 trip charge. I totally understand it and I’m not complaining about the price, and using them was worth every single penny. I just think that should be more abundantly clear and/or relayed to the customer at the time of booking, not in the middle of the night before. People get busy, might have been a 1 time thing for them, we are grateful for the confirmation none the less and glad we were still awake to confirm. My husband did the booking and doesn’t recall seeing any notice of trip charge or zoning anywhere in that process, but if it was, then my # of stars is unfair and was an oversight. We will still be using them again soon for my car.“
