I went for the first time today and she was so sweet and welcoming! I didn’t know they have so many services available but I will definitely be back for more! I definitely recommend them!
I was recommended to this place by a peer. The first three times I went my eyebrows stayed a consistent shape. I was happy w the results. However, over the next several visits the only thing that stayed consistent was how inconsistent the brow shaping and customer service was. Short brow tail, too rounded, took too much off the top, took too much from the bottom, one is way thinner than the other .. I've had a multitude of variations within the last 6 mos. The only upside is thanks to hair, skin, & nails supplements, I can tolerate the unwanted eyebrow transformations bc my eyebrows grow in within 2-3weeks. I have tried explaining what I want, explaining what I don't want, showing a reference of my eyebrows at their best w & w/o makeup, even waited for a detailed translation incase of a language barrier and still come up w major discrepancies to the point where the owner has discounted services. They don't take appointments but I don't think I've waited more than 10-15min. With that being said, most take after the owner and mimic her version of customer service. They'll have you sit in the chair, ask you if you are ready for them, ask what you want done -ex. Brows & lip then they'll have you push back the uncomfortable chair w no neck rest & start the service w out a proper consultation. This is the time to speak up, if you don't.. well, there's a 50/50 chance you'll get what you wanted. when they're done they have you a mirror to look and walk away. whether you like it or not, that's what you get. You'll be left laying back trying to maneuver yourself back to upright while they watch you struggle. You'll watch clients before you shimmy and not understand what's going on until you're in that position then it clicks! I finally started asking them to push me back upright before they walk away. This small gesture makes a world of a difference in overall experience! -All this is to say.. I miss my eyebrow expert of 5yrs+ After comparing experiences, my peer and I have decided that this place is great for convenience of location & wait time. Will I be back every 2-3wks like I have been .. no. I will, however, come back when I'm in a bind. I gave this place an honest shot. I'm paying them to remove hair from my face and they're accomplishing that.. keep your expectations low so you're not disappointed. ⭐️⭐️ 2/5 stars overall
