We came in from out of town for tattoos. We contacted the shop ahead of time and the communication was great. When we arrived, Abel had drawn up some preliminary designs. He was kind, courteous and the tattoos came out great. This was such a pleasant experience.
Excellent customer service. Very professional and kind. Rick was my artist and he was amazing. Did exactly what I wanted and carried on great conversation during my time in the chair. Everyone in this establishment is very kind. This will be my go to place in the future. Hats off to Abel and Su for their fine place of business.
Sue, Rick, and Abel were all so sweet and accommodating to us. I went to get my nose pierced on a whim and Rick was prepared to answer any questions I had and also deal with me changing my mind on the placement a few times. He was so patient and kind with me, in the process of actually doing the piercing he told me what every piece he grabbed was for and tried his best to distract me (I have a low pain tolerance). Sue was so helpful with explaining pricing and answered all questions I had. Able was also wonderful. He showed me some of his work while I waited to go back. Overall, I had a delightful first experience here and I will be returning when it's time to change my jewelry. Thank you guys!!
