Second edit: I am adjusting my number of stars because they agreed to work with us on the pool plaster issue.
Edit: I was encouraged to do a review before work began, which I did. Our gunite install was yesterday. I have no issue with the installers but have had multiple issues with the salesman’s empty promises and inability to listen during the quote process. We discussed the hot tub being raised- which we had at our last home and loved the water sound. He quoted flush with the pool. Very disappointed, we agreed to $1600 for a water feature. Mike Wilson and George knocked it out of the park on our pool.
Mike Wilson was so quick to respond change things if needed, he was very patient with us, we first contacted them last year and then decided to go forward with it a year later and knew we were going to use Blue Haven and Mike Wilson. George showed up with his crew and got straight to work, job was completed way quicker than we could have imagine. This is our first pool, was expecting to run into problems and delays but went super smooth. Thanks again Blue Haven Pools, Mike Wilson and George, and all the crews that help with construction.
We couldn’t believe how quickly and professionally our pool was built. The workers were respectful of our property and took great care with every step. The finished product is beautiful, and we’re so glad we chose them.
