DO NOT BOOK HERE THROUGH CLASSPASS.Booked an appointment here through Classpass for 7:00, called to verify, and they told me I have no appointment because they close at 7. They then proceeded to tell me that “that app is a scam” then hung up.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a spa. The tech talked very loud in my face the entire time which ran into 2 hours and she still didn't even do them correctly. No apologies and the entire bunch SO RUDE. I'm not a Karen but come on!!!!

Popped in wanting a little pedi. The staff was huddled around chatting in the manicure area, not the most professional, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have had lots of pedi experience, and am a licensed beauty technician myself so I know what to expect from a service even if the bar is set low. The water was scorching hot. I'm not tender footed and in fact love heat, and hot spas so that was a nope from me. She added cooler water and started taking off my polish and grooming. I was relaxed, all was well and bam, she stabbed the flesh of my big toe near my nail bed so badly that my leg recoiled. Again, been through lots of spa services in my day and can stand a bit of discomfort so if I recoil and shout an audible "ow" it's gotta be harsh. I asked if I was bleeding, to which she reassured mulitple times that I was not and tried to coerce me into continuing the service, but I was done. A stabbed toe was not going back into a tub of who knows how sanitized water. She said I wasn't going to get an infection and further coaxed me to stay, but that can't be guaranteed. I dried my own feet off, and was charged $10 for my experience. Worst experience EVER. Will never return, and do not recommend.
