FANTASTIC SERVICE PROVIDED.
THE SERVICE REQUESTED WAS TO GET A KEY MADE FOR MY 2013 CHEVY SONIC LT WHEN I CALLED AND I ALREADY HAD THE KEY BUT JUST NEEDED TO GET IT CUT. SO THEY CUT MY KEY PRETTY QUICK AND PROGRAMMING WAS SO EASY TO DO AND HE CAME OUTSIDE AND DID IT FOR ME. THE VALUE IS ALSO WELL WORTH IT BECAUSE A REGULAR LOCKSMITH WILL CHARGE YOU A LOT MORE EVEN JUST TO DRIVE TO YOU WAS LIKE 40-60 DOLLARS. I ONLY GOT CHARE 45 BUCKS WITCH WAS FANTASTIC. I'M GLAD AFTER CALLING MULTIPLE PLACES THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY OF THE SERVICE SOMEONE RECOMMEND ARROW KEY SERVICE. I'M GLAD THEY DID AND NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE I KNOW TO.

I didn't purchase a service but the guy there tried to program my key for free via button sequence but it failed.. On the other hand he was super nice and offered me a price cheaper than ANYONE IN SAN ANTONIO, so I will be going back with an OEM key to get the work done :) $95 to cut and program keys if you BYO

I called several locksmith companies to try and get help for a lock on my motorcycle pannier. The key would only go half way in and I had stuff locked in the bag that I needed to get out. Arrow was the first place that told me they would be happy to take a look at it if I brought it in. They managed to get my bag open, and figure out that the problem was not the lock, but the bag. I have since put in for a replacement from the manufactorer as the bag and bike were less than a week old! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to figure out the situation. I highly recommend Arrow Key Service for any locksmithing needs!
