Apex was very easy to work. I met with at least 6 other companies before them, trying to find the right balance between price and warranty so we had peace of mind in longevity. Jose showed me many options and we were able to find a system that met my families needs. They installed the system same day and the installers were extremely helpful; explaining in detail how to use and maintain the system.

My experience with APEX Smart Home was an awesome one! My salesperson, Brittany, was so helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to teach us about the water in our area. The demonstration was very informative and helpful. Honestly, it was why we chose APEX instead of another company. The guys who installed our water softener and reverse osmosis fountain were friendly and polite, and answered my many questions. I’m really happy that we went with them. You will be, too!
