Alterations at Nordstrom

I recently had a large purchase that required alterations. I was given the runaround and item never found. I’ve called multiple times with no resolution. I’m now trying to dispute charges

The tailors and personnel at Nordstrom Alterations were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. I was able to book an appointment at the store online within a few days. They had plenty of openings given how short notice I booked the tailoring. I only needed the hem raised on my wedding dress. The fitting was completed in an hour, and the dress was available for pickup within the week. No problems at all, and thuggery have plenty of convenient full mirror changing rooms at order pickup for you to check the work. The tailor is also on call in case you need additional alterations. Pain free and so quick! They even corrected some mistakes by a previous tailor.
