All Texas Laundry has provided reliable washer and dryer services for several years, with customers experiencing no issues and praising the convenience and cleanliness of the process. The rental experience is straightforward, and delivery and pickup are on time. Though one customer found the return process frustrating initially, overall, the company is highly recommended for its dependable service and easy scheduling. Many customers have had positive, trouble-free experiences over multiple years.
We recently moved and have been trying to get a hold of this company for a couple months. They never responded to calls or emails. I had to pay for a uhaul and someone to move the washer & dryer out of our old apartment, otherwise the apt complex would have charged us more for them to get rid of them. We drove by the physical address of the business and it is no longer there. Another business is now at that address. They are still automatically charging my card every month. I had to cancel the card and get a new card. Now they are sending me invoices but they still won't answer the phone.
First time ever renting a washer and dryer and the experience was seamless and straightforward. Had them for almost three years and only once had an issue with the dryer that was quickly resolved otherwise they worked great! I will say once it came to returning them it was frustrating how difficult it was to get an answer when calling but once I got my call answered it was quick and easy to schedule the pickup of washer and dryer.
I am writing this review with complete honesty. Before ordering any service from this company, please be mindful of my experience as a customer for over 4 years.During my first order, the company presented two options for washers: a top door washer and a front door washer. The top door washer was priced $10 lower than the front door washer. I selected the front door washer, but on the day of installation, the installer informed me that the company had been out of top door washers for a long time.
