Kevin not only has the best customer service that I have seen since moving to San Antonio, he also has great technical knowledge of anything related to computers. I scheduled with him and he made a total of 3 visits to my home to complete a laptop upgrade, new desktop set-up and data retrieval from my old CPU. His rates are reasonable and he will do anything to make sure you are completely satisfied. Highly recommended and I would use him again for any of my computer needs in the future. FYI: Schedule an appointment as he is very busy with customer calls, so you'll be better off making sure to schedule online or call ahead.

Kevin is the man. Brought my computer to him while getting the BSOD. Nothing I attempted worked. He found out it was my CPU (Intel i9 14900KF). Bought a new CPU and Kevin installed it and redownloaded all the software and drivers needed. He made sure everything was working correctly before turning it back over to me. He is very accommodating, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
