I had a small leak that was contributed to my irrigation system that I never used. After about a 10 minute assessment, Jesse and Evan explained the problem and that they had shut off that system which brought my usage to Zero. Essentially fixing the problem with no other work needed because I never used that system DR Horton felt necessary to put alllll over my property. They very kindly stated they would be waiving the finders fee since it took hardly no time. I will be using them again for any of my plumbing or heating/ac issues in the future. This brings back real customer service and the power of one small business jester that could possibly bring thousands back to their business with referrals and repeat customers. Exceptional service and a quick response. Our water heater went out. When David arrived, he provided a clear and honest assessment and was able to replace the unit immediately. The work was meticulous. They cleaned up as they went and verified that all piping was leak-free.
