First off the customer service was top notch! Rae is fantastic, you can tell he really cares about his service not only to your vehicle but to you as well. The car wash was also pretty great. For the amount of bugs and dust that was caked onto my car, I was surprised with how little was left after the wash. I will 100% be back.
Was honestly surprised by the care and commitment CJ had. His ability to have a casual conversation whilst giving the most detailed information on services was a refreshing sight almost unseen in today's of customer service.
EA was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m from Minnesota and I would drive all the way back to San Angelo just to get my car washed here again. As a woman in the military he made me feel so comfortable and appreciated. 10/10, EA deserves a raise. Thank you EA!!!
