Rene did a wonderful job replacing our AC/heating unit. He and his worker were very friendly, listened to any concerns we had and put in the new unit very quickly. He went above and beyond by sending text even months later to check that things are still working properly and that we are satisfied. When we had icy weather recently he got in touch with us with instructions to make sure we knew what settings to make the unit work most efficient. So far our energy bill is lower, the unit is working well and we are very happy with our choice of Westex Air. We highly recommend him.
