And it helps that the people there have an innate knack with animals. Not to mention that Karen is awesome! On a scale of 1 to 5, she gets a 10.

My German Shepherd never goes to anyone, very wary, but she went straight to the tech and the Dr. Frembgen.

Follow up care and concern was great too.

They had an emergency number to call, they actually answered the phone. From the initial phone call, through the exam and X-rays, the care and compassion shown were second to none.
