It is a comprehensive program with full instruction on exact movements for various exercises. No 2 days are alike, and one is always building from the basics. It is like a personal trainer, but shared with others in class. The instructor is always alert to everyone's positioning. I started in June this year. I have had a left shoulder issue for at least 6 years. Several injections were not helpful. Every swim stroke I did was painful. Now I do not notice it at all. One can also get help with issues such as weight problems and eating habits.. Already being "fit" is not prerequisite. It accommodates all levels and no one is pushed beyond their limits. I highly recommend it for beginners as well as seasoned athletes.
