I went in today and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She took her time making sure my simple nails were perfect and I received probably the best eyebrow wax I have ever gotten. Ive been a couple of times before but today was just so nice. I will definitely be back!
I highly recommend. Beautiful salon, professional nail techs and fabulous atmosphere
I requested a shiny purple nail with a black Mickey Mouse head as pictured. After two hours, I have a lumpy purple gel nails with no Mickey. As one lady worked on my feet, another lady had me stretch my arms across my body to the other side to work on my nails. When I said repeatedly I wanted shellac nails the nail technician repeatedly said I should use gel instead. I’ve never had gel, therefore I asked baselines questions. I agreed to try the gel nails explaining I want the same color on my toes as my fingers, each with a black Mickey Mouse. For the next 20 minutes she spoke to another technician about shellac but didn’t communicate with me. The technician then left to receive a walk-in client. After an hour and a half went by, a different nail technician said to wait another 30 to 40 minutes for the second technician to come back to finish her job. Despite me saying there were bumps on the gel, a clear coat was applied and I was told to wait. Finally a third nail technician came over and asked what decal I was interested in. I watched the third technician perform impressive detailed work on another customer. I watched the first technician sit by her colleague laughing and scrapping paraffin wax off the floor with a knife. I watched the second technician work diligently on another customer with no communication or attempt to return to finish the job that was started on my hands. I’ve never received such dismissive and incomplete services. At the two hour mark, I stood up and went to the cash register. Technician one appeared and asked why I was leaving. I explained it had been two hours, the gel was lumpy, and no one was returning to complete the job. She remarked, “Don’t be mad.” I remained calm and positive during this experience with no stern expressions or raised tone. I told the lady, “I have waited, the gel is clumpy, there is no Mickey decal, and the purple on my toes and fingers are different colors and different glitter sizes.” There was no attempt to fix the situation. The lady next to me was charged significantly less money than I, she had impressive decals on each toes and fingers. The saloon was not busy as they continued to welcome walk-ins. The second picture is two of the many lumps.
