What’s more, when I got home and realized a button was missing, I called in and Gracie was more than happy to quickly look around for me. When she found the button, she let me know she’d hold it for me. When I didn’t arrive to pick it up that day by the time it was about 5 minutes til closing, she called me! I’m so thankful that she remembered me and gave me a call to check and confirm that I was on my way. I’ve never had someone at a dry cleaners take that extra time to reach out- she was so thoughtful and professional and definitely has secured my business!“

After multiple fittings, changing the length of my train, taking pins out and re-pinning, taking the dress in on the sides, and getting the front hemmed- it was only $10 more than a bridesmaid dress that I had only gotten hemmed at another business.
