And it helps that the people there have an innate knack with animals. Not to mention that Karen is awesome! On a scale of 1 to 5, she gets a 10.

My German Shepherd never goes to anyone, very wary, but she went straight to the tech and the Dr. Frembgen.

Follow up care and concern was great too.

“Great for general care when it comes to boarding. A few questionable things— like the size of the kennels being a little small, not being able to go inside to look around and see the conditions, and the temperature being a bit high and the atmosphere humid. My dog came back sticky and panting with his head low from the heat.
But he wasn’t in any immediate or even imminent danger or distress. Overall acceptable care with room for improvement.“

“We have 3 small ones - 2 old ShiPoo's and a year old Maltipoo - we have now been there 3 times after moving from Arizona-- we have had Sydney - Tammy - and Shylandria - all are sweet and patient with this trio - you can trust your fur baby with these girls !!!!“
