My parents contracted with National Memorial Planning for their caskets well in advance of their deaths, and (with each of their passings) we have used NMP's services twice in the last year-and-a-half. I remain appreciative of National Memorial Planning's staff's compassionate interaction and professional handling of these contracts (a rarity in today's world), and was very surprised at the speed of delivery - once, even during a severe statewide ice storm! Of the 9 family monuments / headstones in the cemetery near Canton, TX - we had 3 larger monuments that had been knocked over by vandals. They had been this way for about 25-30 years. I did a search to find firms who could do monument cleaning and restoration in this general area. I found one firm in Dallas (70 miles away) and National Memorial Planning in San Angelo & Canton, TX. We decided to go with National Memorial as they were about 1/3 the cost of the Dallas firm and local to the area.
