“I took some very important clothes for work over here for dry cleaning, and they were ready for pickup the very next day for a very fair price. What’s more, when I got home and realized a button was missing, I called in and Gracie was more than happy to quickly look around for me. When she found the button, she let me know she’d hold it for me. When I didn’t arrive to pick it up that day by the time it was about 5 minutes til closing, she called me! I’m so thankful that she remembered me and gave me a call to check and confirm that I was on my way. I’ve never had someone at a dry cleaners take that extra time to reach out- she was so thoughtful and professional and definitely has secured my business!“
