Horrible follow up customer service! I have called for two weeks, left numerous messages, even sent an email and NO one will return a call to come address an issue with the gate. I had to call another company who came out ASAP and replaced a part that SHOULD have been still under warranty IF They would have returned my calls as they were the ones to install it. Save yourself future headache and go with the other guys first
