Baylor Scott & White Primary Care - Sachse

Baylor, Scott and White family care office in Sachse, TX is always a pleasure to visit. Dr Terry Hollingsworth and his PA, Lupe are friendly, considerate and attentive. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. I believe Dr Hollingsworth listens and considers my feelings/concerns regarding my health. He truly regards excellent patient care as a priority and it shows.

Can't thank Dr. Nataki Hollingsworth enough for how attentive and knowledgeable she is. She listens and pays attention to details and applies her expertise to address the situation. The office is well run and the staff always appropriate and professional. It took a while to get on the waitlist as a new patient but now that I'm a regular, it's been easier to get an appointment. Also must note, they go to great length to keep all spaces sanitary, clean and tidy. They keep to your scheduled time, I've never had a long wait. I'm so glad I found Dr. Hollingsworth!

Arrived 15 min. early as requested. Checked in online as requested. However, I was waiting for an hour before seeing the physician assistant. AND, there was no one in the office waiting. In addition to knowing I need help ftom my doctors, I feel that my time is also important. The physician assistant did apologize when she came in and gave me valuable information. Even though I had a very long wait, I left informed.
