    This board and train facility is awesome! We sent our LGD pup there over a year ago for off-leash training and he is SO well behaved. They use VIBRATION (not shock) collars and even train with the beep function. Once my dog learned the commands, he doesn’t even need the collar. The training also translates well to the spot on GPS vibrate collars if that’s something people are interested in later for dogs on larger properties or by major roads. The training was the best decision we made for our dog!

    We took our two Doberman pups Roxi and Storm to Canine Perception 10 /01/2022 for obedience training. We ended up needing to board them after as well due to living in an apartment with breed restrictions and not being able to break our lease. Fast forward to February 27th we went and met with Tim the owner and had a great conference with him in his home that went well, we learned even more regarding what all training was received and how to continue training after we come home. Our pups are amazing and very well trained. They listen and respond well to all commands taught heel, sit and here.     My 15lb, 6 year old rescue dog Murray completed 6 weeks of board and train with Canine Perceptions and has been home for 3 weeks. Our lives are COMPLETELY different. He is still the same goofy dog I dropped off, but now he can demonstrate impulse control and practice calm!Tim, Austin and the rest of the team gave Murray a solid foundation (leash pressure, here, down, sit, heel and ecollar training) that I can continue to build on with more manners, socialization and desensitization.I never thought he could learn, let alone maintain a heel position...
