I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. The other party had a terrible, cut rate insurance company representing them. The insurance company responsible for my repairs was very difficult to work with and communication was almost impossible. After one month of waiting, I was advised I could choose a repair shop to repair my vehicle. I feared I would be stuck with a majority of the repair due to the difficulty I had with the insurance company up to this point.
