Rebecca (The Staging Team) came recommended from our long time property management company who have managed our homes for many years. They said that Rebecca would do a great job and that she did! She was available to meet me the same week I called her and met me at the house I needed to sell. I had a great listing that was on the market for nearly 3 months. Very nice home and it was priced right, but the real estate market was a bit slow at the time and we were competing with new construction in the neighborhood. I contacted Rebecca at The Staging Team to assist with professional staging to give this home a bump up in order to get it sold in a slow market. She was very prompt and professional with communicating with both the seller and I throughout the entire process. The Staging Team have staged two houses for us in the Heights, Houston , in the last year. Both sold quickly, and Rebecca and her team were professional and did a great job making our houses look ready to sell. Rebecca is a perfectionist, and takes time to make sure that everything looks great, and the customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend the Staging Team!
