I pulled into this parking lot around 7:46am this morning to take an emergency call regarding my AUTISTIC 5 YESR OLD. My signal is horrible in that area so. I pulled over to not lose signal. This older woman with short gray hair in a black Lincoln SUV pulls up beside me (mind you I can't hear in my left ear right now) and starts banging on my front window that I'm in her parking spot. There is no reserved signs and she could have just parked next to me. I said ma'am I am on an important call with for my 5 year old and she threatened to call the cops she had her phone out like she was taking photos of my vehicle and evwrything too . Terrible, first she would constantly get our w-2 forms mixed up with some other clients forms, then she received our refund check in march and didn’t notify us until may!! Saying our numbers were no good knowing she had contacted us through phone and e mail! When we picked up the check she showed us some bogus numbers to show she didn’t have our number?? Never again worst experience

Absolute garbage if you need help . Needed $500 they charge $750!! Then they said it’s ok you’re out of town make your payment when you get back and they are closed on the last day and then charge a late fee . If you need money or help go else where this place will only put you in a bigger financial hole.
